GUITARS IN PROGRESS BELOW!
The 3rd Anniversary Karlin!
Every year I build a guitar to commemorate the anniversary of JG guitars works. The actual date I opened up for buiseness was January 10th, 2007. I know, there is only three anniversary guitars, but I consider the first Karlin to be 2007s entry.
This year, I will be building a guitar in a similar fashion to last years guitar. Similar construction, with a chambered walnut body with a mahogany core, 3 piece mahogany neck, figured ebony fretboard, Black hardware, medium jumbo fretwire, and hand wound humbuckers. This should be a stunning piece.
It will be finished sometime around the end of February 2011.
Claim it for your self now with a standard $500 deposit!
Finished price.....$1850
ALSO IN THE WORKS..........
My newest model, and my version of the "s" style guitar, the JG5, will be heading back to the Drawing board for some slight tweaking and refinements. Should be great! Look for this guitar as a "Texas Native" and as a regular offering as well.
One more design will be making its way into the JG line up......A more radical design, it will be sporting a slightly longer scale length, it will feature Hot humbuckers, be offered in 6 and 7 string models, and will be geared toward the heavier side of things. This model is currently in the "R and D" stages, and will be introduced in 2011.
A number of Estrellas will be made, and ready for sale in the first half of the year. (at least that the plan....)
